I really enjoy Ludlum novels. Many have been read multiple times. I just finished reading The Hades Factor. While it was a very good read I could not help but think of The Tom Clancy Jack Ryan novels that dealt with this same exact theme. Even down to mentioning the National Training Center in California. Am I the only one to notice this commonality?

  2. i find robert ludlum’s covert novels very interesting reading.i bought all the covert-one novels and am reading the paris option right now,it’s too bad he didn’t get a chance to write more novels about this charactor.

I agree with you all. This is a great series! It’s captivating and exciting. This would be a great follow up to the show 24 and I wish someone would take on the task of turning these novels into a seen season, hour long tv show!

i have finished reading 3 covert one books and i really enjoyed it. Ludlum and his co-authors clearly present the scene and makes you feel as if you are there! Besides that I tend to associate myself with Jon Smith as we are both MDs and with the same military rank.
